Thank you for considering staying in my beautiful home. The place has been set up for your convenience. This is my home and as such, I have a couple of conditions which should in no way impact your holiday.
1. Some of my private property is in the house and you agree to take all precautions not to damage anything. Accidents do happen and if something is damaged you agree to advise me asap. You agree not to open the upstairs cupboard or take anything out of the right hand side of the downstairs cupboard.
2. No more than 6 people are allowed at the house unless agreed with me in advance. There will be an additional fee of $75 for any additional person that sleeps over. There is also a $500 event fee should you decide to use my place to host a party (more than 10 people in the house) without my written approval.
3. The guest who makes the booking is the person staying. You cannot book for someone else including your children.
4. I have an excellent relationship with my neighbours. There is to be no noise after 10pm. If my neighbours call to complain about the noise, I will contact you. If I cannot reach you or if the noise continues that will be an instant eviction and you will not receive any refund for any days not used.
5. The place is to be left in a reasonably clean, undamaged state when vacating the premises. I pay professional cleaners to clean after every guest. If there are any additional charges, then these costs will be passed on to you and taken out of your bond. There will be a $100 fee for picking up cigarette butts or dog poo.
6. Please put all rubbish in the garbage bins. If you are staying over a Tuesday night, please take them to the curb. I will send you a text reminder.
7. You agree not to tamper with the smoke alarms
8. You are aware that there is a security camera in the garage and outside the front of the house. In addition, my neighbours have some cameras for security purposes. There are no cameras in the house. You agree not to tamper with these.
9. All remotes and keys are to be returned at the end of your stay.
10. No Smoking inside the premises or on the balcony upstairs. If the house smells of smoke for the next guest a $500 cleaning fee will be charged.
11. Dogs are welcome both inside and outside the house but not on the furniture.
12. Only 1 car to be parked in the driveway. There is parking for 1 car in the garage and a car in the driveway. Any additional cars will need to park on the street.
13. Unless otherwise agreed, a fee will be charged for late checkout. This will only occur if the cleaner is kept waiting as I pay them an hourly rate.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I am just around the corner if you need me. Otherwise, I will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday. The house is fully equipped so you don’t need to bring anything other than beach towels.
